I am the founder and Manging Member of Cercone Law PLLC. As a second-generation lawyer, I created Cercone Law because I saw an opportunity to pair old school work ethic and client service with cutting edge work product, much like many of my clients.

I help small and mid-sized business owners protect what they’ve built and plan for what’s ahead. I provide responsive, cost-effective legal counsel without the layers and overhead of a large firm.
